We live in Orlando but have a rental in Miami that had a list of small jobs I needed done for our tenant. I messaged Francisco and he replied the same day and offered to visit the condo to give an accurate quote. After visiting we went back and forth via messaging/txt reviewing the price for each job on the punch list. I like that this was done via messenger/txt so we had something to reference of what was included. We agreed on price and he sent over an invoice with the details. He showed up the next day at the time he said he would. He replaced some broken tile, primer/seal/paint bathroom sealing, drywall patching, fixed kitchen sink plumbing that was leaking, and replace a bifold closet door. He worked around our tenant and made sure the noise was at a minimum while their child was doing his zoom/school work. He supplied all tools and parts needed for the job and he cleaned up after each item he fixed. He texted me photos after each item was completed. We are happy we found him and hope to use him as our regular handyman for any work we have in the future. It’s nice to find someone reliable and trustworthy which can be hard when I’m a 3hr+ drive away.
